Pricing

Priced on the value of a better hire. Not per test, not per seat.

ThriveMap is a considered investment in how you hire, not a per-candidate cost. Here's exactly how pricing works, and what shapes it.

Two parts, no per-candidate fees.

One-off

The assessment build

A single up-front cost to design your bespoke assessment: job analysis, an Ideal Candidate Profile workshop, drafting, testing, and your branding. It's the work of building something tuned to your roles rather than handing you a generic test.

The cost is the same whichever role you're hiring for.

Annual

The subscription

An annual fee covering unlimited candidate assessments, unlimited hiring manager and recruiter users, hosting, reporting, candidate support, and ongoing optimisation.

You assess 100% of applicants with no incremental cost, so price never discourages good hiring.

The build is fixed. The subscription flexes with the value ThriveMap creates for you, which is what the next section is about.

The subscription reflects what's at stake in the hire.

Two things drive the value ThriveMap delivers: the quality of the hiring decision, and the recruiter time saved by automating the early screen. Both rise with hiring volume, and the cost of getting a hire wrong rises sharply with the seniority of the role. Pick the hiring you do to see how that plays out.

Where the value sits

Volume and recovered recruiter time.

Warehouse, retail, hospitality, contact centre, operations, and other entry-level, frontline roles.

The cost of a single mis-hire is contained, but it compounds across hundreds of hires a year.
The biggest gains are lower attrition, an automated early screen, and hours of top-of-funnel time returned to your team each week.
Generally makes financial sense from around 50 hires a year upward.
Below that, a bespoke build is harder to justify on volume alone.

Not sure of your hiring numbers yet? We can also model pricing around expected application volumes.

Every subscription, everything in it.

There's no feature ladder to climb. The annual subscription includes everything below, whatever your role type or hiring volume.

Unlimited candidate assessments. Assess 100% of applicants.
Hosting, deployment, and candidate support.
Account management and quarterly reviews.
Annual post-hire performance review.
Unlimited hiring manager and recruiter users.
Reporting and analytics dashboard.
Ongoing assessment optimisation.
ATS integration with your existing hiring workflow.

A few things sit outside the core subscription, such as additional assessment builds for new roles, ATS integration set-up, extra data analysis, and additional languages. We'll always set these out clearly in your proposal. No hidden fees.

Questions worth answering before you book a demo.

Why isn't there a price on this page?

Because a single number would be misleading. Pricing depends on the role you’re hiring for, your hiring volume, and the cost of getting that hire wrong. A frontline assessment and a graduate scheme are priced differently for good reason. We’d rather show you an honest figure built around your actual hiring than a headline number that doesn’t apply to you.

What drives the cost?

Two things. The build is a one-off cost for designing your bespoke assessment, and it’s the same whatever the role. The subscription is annual, and it flexes with the value ThriveMap creates: your projected hires and the stakes of the role. If you don’t yet know your hiring numbers, we can model it around expected application volumes instead.

Are there per-candidate or per-seat fees?

No. Assessment volume is unlimited, so you can assess 100% of applicants without incremental cost. Hiring managers and recruiters are unlimited too. We price for the value of better hiring, not for usage, so cost never discourages you from doing the right thing.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. A few things sit outside the core subscription, such as additional assessment builds for new roles, ATS integration set-up, extra data analysis, and additional languages. Every one of them is set out clearly in your proposal before you commit. Nothing appears on an invoice you didn’t agree to.

Can we see it before we commit?

Yes. You can walk through a real assessment yourself in a few minutes, or use our Smart Assessment Builder to create a sample for one of several common role types. A demo is the best way to see how it would work for your specific roles, and to get a transparent quote.
